High-fired Cone10-11 ceramic stoneware pottery. High-fired to 2350 degrees in a homemade kiln in a gas reduction-type atmosphere. Glossy, handmade layers of flowing glazes. Clean finish. High-end individually made pieces masterfully thrown on a pottery wheel. The rims are pinched inward from one end and outward from the opposite side of the rim to create the “heart” shape from above. Artist signature is represented as a traditional potter's "chop" (hand-carved stamped frog).

Microwave, dishwasher safe. Durable.
